Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.
Lazybite reserves the right to refuse certain orders without giving a reason. Order confirmation mail is not order acceptance. Once an order is received, our team reviews it and in some exceptional cases can cancel an order. Cancellation of an order by us is notified by email.
Refunds are issued in two conditions -
- Customer requesting cancellation of order within 4 hours of placing the order
- We refusing/canceling the order
In case of customer requesting cancellation, refund if approved, will be paid with a deduction of 20% towards processing charges. In case of us cancelling the order, full order amount in refunded.
If refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 business days of approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Return and Exchanges
Product once sold can't be returned or exchanged. However, if you receive product in bad or tampered condition, don't accept it and ask the delivery person to carry it back. You must also notify us by phone at +91 9555 91 3030. We will replace such items and send you a new one at no additional cost to you.
